Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
Support month-end closing activities such as journal entries and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of supporting documents.
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
Prepare simple cash flow reports and monitor bank transactions.
Support in audit-related matters by preparing schedules and documentation.
Assist in grant claim submissions, tracking disbursements, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
Provide administrative support for finance-related matters as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
