Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Finance Executive to support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a

listed company environment

, with strong knowledge of financial regulations, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

+ Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
+ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and listed company requirements.

Compliance & Governance

+ Ensure financial practices comply with statutory requirements, stock exchange rules, and corporate governance standards.
+ Support audit processes (internal and external) and assist in implementing audit recommendations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

+ Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
+ Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

+ Manage vendor payments, staff claims, and customer invoicing processes.
+ Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

+ Support the implementation and monitoring of financial policies and internal controls.
+ Highlight discrepancies and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in a

listed company

. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting, and stock exchange compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
