Prepare fixed assets, accruals and prepayment schedules.
Prepare the reconciliation on GST report submission to IRAS.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly BACA (Bank Attestation Control) report Group Finance.
Prepare Intercompany billings and settlement including journals.
Prepare month end journals on fixed assets, fixed deposit - interest income, capital injection, accruals and prepayments and royalty accounting.
Liase with internal departments on monthly accruals i.e., IT, marketing, and agency department.
Prepare the depreciation, monthly revaluation run, allocation for all accruals and prepayments in SunSystem.
Maintain updates to the fixed deposit schedules including rendering the treasury support to the deposit placements etc.
Support the bank administration related matters \xe2\x80\x93 banking mandates.
Support annual audit schedules and queries.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Min 3 years experience, preferably in the Insurance or Finance industry.
Preferably with Insurance accounting knowledge.
Good understanding of treasury matters, GST, withholding tax and fixed assets accounting.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Experience in using Accounting systems (e.g. SunSystems)
Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT area
