Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct daily revenue collections and postings.
  • Generate full set accounts for the management (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements).
  • Preparation of General Ledgers for Monthly AR/AP.
  • Ensure correct daily banking of all cash collections and cheques.
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are accurately met (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with industry standards.
  • Management of quarterly GST submission & reporting.
  • Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting.
  • Control procedures and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Maintain proper filing of sales invoices and payment voucher records for financial transactions and maintain the source documents.
  • Ensure a good filing system for bank-related record, sales invoices, and purchases invoices.
  • Responsible in getting statements up in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide advice on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Responsible for cost control, regular inventory audits, large payments and overall AP/AR management.
  • Ensure the timely submission of HR activities such as employee salaries, CPF, IR8A etc.
  • Analyzing financial reports and market trends to find ways to lower costs and increase profit.
  • Consulting with Management about financial decisions.
  • Manage the preparation of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
  • Develop trends and projections for the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s finances.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a relevant Degree, Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of working experience preferably in a healthcare or clinic work environment;
  • Meticulous;
  • Good working knowledge of Plato or Xero accounting system or Infotech (Payroll) is a plus;
  • Proficient in time management skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel;
  • Proactive and pleasant personality.
