We inculcate values and develop life skills in our children to prepare them for life. We currently manage centres in Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, Fernvale, Ang Mo Kio, Woodlands, Tampines and Jurong West. We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. If you think you are:
- good with administrative duties and following policies
- able to handle and prioritise work
- familiar with Finance processes and functions
- a person of high integrity
- Process and maintain access rights for employees for email and shared documents
- Assist in HR duties on an ad-hoc basis where needed
- Review time sheets and salary computation to reconcile payroll
- Verify and prepare expense payments/reimbursements
- Able to perform basic bookkeeping to maintain account books, and record revenue and expenditure
- Generate simple reports on budgets and expenditures for monthly management meetings
- Track and record incoming revenue, and issue receipts and Letters of Demand or Letters of Termination
- Able to understand Google scripting will be an advantage
