Serve as a subject matter expert to the marketing team within areas of financial / process optimization and control and compliance
Support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve process effectiveness, efficiency and control - including assessments/ benchmarking, process modelling and transition execution.
Review with commercial commitments to ensure timely reporting of savings derived from the commitments.
Establish strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to challenges
Work with legal and procurement team on contract drafting and negotiations
Coordinate and conduct financial reconciliation to ensure scope utilization is on track
Monthly tracking of expenditure reports and invoice payments
Drive monthly budget meetings with business units to ensure budget optimization
Assist with quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgets, and projections
Assist with any ad-hoc projects such as pitch management
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/ Business/ Mass Communications
Familiar with SAP system
Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Financial and commercial management in an advertising environment will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently, and cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
