Responsibilities

• Perform month-end accounting and reporting task, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors during yearly audit exercises
• Work closely with operations and related entities in operational and accounting matters
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls to provide timely and accurate financial information
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting principles
• Perform intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years of experience in Accounting
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit
• Dependable, responsible and possess positive working attitude
• Possess initiative and able to organize and prioritize work
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge in accounting software - Oracle Cloud is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel
