We are seeking individuals who are keen to explore the dynamics of the driving forces behind numbers, with ability to integrate business operations, workflow and Finance to the day-to-day activities. We are looking for individual with keen eye to be exposed to different discipline in an organization, beyond the Finance department.

Revenue drive is key. This individual needs to have an open mind to ask questions, interact with stakeholders outside the Finance department to understand how external environmental forces impact the revenue and their forecasts.

• Prepare and review Work-In-Progress (WIP) monthly with various stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 Account Servicing and Project Leads. This includes review of aged jobs and aged POs in compliance to FMC audit controls.
• Diligently updating of revenue forecast, commit and actuals reporting on an on-going basis. This must be a pro-active update, with constant interaction with business.
• Review unbilled cost estimates against our revenue tracker for revenue phasing purpose with stakeholders. Challenge shortfall with Business to fill in GAP.
• Provide support to the Business Team with ad hoc queries regarding system usage, revenue tracking and job reconciliation
• Prepare month end revenue accrual journals, revenue schedule and other month end reports as required for month end closing
• Collate and provide audit documentations as and when required
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Basic accounting knowledge is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task, ability to work under stress and dateline
• Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and able to work with internal and external stakeholders
