About The Company
Due to business expansion, Confirm Good has an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join us as a Finance Executive.
Confirm Good is the leading media publishing platform that holds a repertoire of the latest deals, news and happenings. We started with the aim to deliver reliable lifestyle content to everyday Singaporeans. Eventually, we created a community with over 500,000 subscribers collectively on our Telegram affiliated channels and we are the first Telegram channel in Singapore to have exclusive partnerships with well-loved brands such as Krispy Kreme, Llao Llao, LiHO, and Tiger Sugar to offer our subscribers giveaways, one-for-one deals, and many other promotions and discounts!
- Handle full set of accounts
- Generate management reports and bank reconciliations
- Handle all bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company
- Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, etc.
- Handle GST, Payroll, tax matters, Govt grants etc
- Monitoring, analyzing monthly operating results against budget and working with management team to manage budget variance
- Ensuring on time delivery of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to management\xe2\x80\x99s schedule
- Build good internal control system and procedures
- Other ad-hoc projects as required by CEO
You have a minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of working experience and familiar with IFRS, group consolidation and knowledgeable in ERP system.
This position is ideal to candidates with at least 2 years of full sets of experience in a start-up experience. You are able to excel in a volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity environment, good communicator who can work independently and as a team.
