Job Description

Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Good Remuneration PackageJob Responsibilities:
- To Support the Natural Rubber Team including Natural Rubber prices and volumes.
- Prepare Financial Statement for Management Plan, actual and Forecast.
- Management reporting for Head of Natural Rubber and CFO of South East Asia Pacific operations
- Support local purchasing team
- Monitoring the price and volumes
- Reporting on variances in the logistics costs
- Conducting periodical meeting Locally and with HQ to explain the main variances highlighted
- Partner the CFO in preparation of annual budgets as well as monthly forecast submissions
- Any other ad hoc reports as required by HQ or CFO
- University degree (preferable, Accounting or Engineering)
- Min 1-2 years experience in a related position
- Well based financial/accounting/controlling knowledge is needed.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and management of heavy databases.
- Knowledge on common systems used for Accounting and Reporting (SAP, HFM) is highly recommended
- Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
- Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended
- A drive-for-achievement and highly goal-oriented mindset is needed
