Job Description

:Industry: Manufacturing MNCLocation: PioneerWorking hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)Finance Executive1. Fixed Assets Management

• Ensure compliance with Fixed Assets Policy at times
• Check fixed assets clearing account during month-end to obtain the list of items to be capitalized
• Capitalize the items in the system once the invoices and Capex / DIA forms (if needed) are matched
• Perform depreciation once all the items for the month have been capitalized
• Dispose fixed assets upon receiving the signed disposal form
• Preparation and distribution of the Capex Report
• Cost Controlling for Project

2. Regional Accounting for Korea and Japan branches3. Financial Accounting Support

• Preparation of Auditied Financial Statements
• Liaison with auditors at year end
• Preparation of a range of schedules (PBC List), yearly, monthly

4. Risk Management

• General insurance administration including ; renewals, claims & reporting
• Risk Management Reporting
• Support for Hedging

5. Costing Support

• Undertaking cost run on a monthly basis
• Support the accurate costing of materials sold

6. General Admin & Reporting

• General reports and presentations to management as required on ad-hoc basis
• Motor vehicle administration
• Conduct Reviews of various policies e.g. gifts and entertainment, to ensure compliance

7. Metal Control

• Maintain daily metal hedging activities - Hedge creation and LME settlements
• Metal Reporting - MCA, Fixation Open Orders

8. Budgeting / Long Term Plan

• Responsible of Budget process for RP-SI - Capital Expenditure Budget
• Upload of Budget

9. Ad-hoc work and projectsRequirements:

• At least an ACCA and/or Accounting Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Power-point etc
• Good communication, Interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Financial accounting knowledge in FRS preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
