Job Description
:Industry: Wholesaler ( Poultry, Processed Food )
Location: North
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm
Good Remuneration PackageJob Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirement and deadlines are met.
- Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and audit schedules
- Advise AR/AP on the correct GL code & GST code entries.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.
- Prepare budget and forecast.
- Perform variance analysis on the financial performance
- Provide estimated PBT for Group Accountant
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Group accountant.
- Preparation of XBRL and liaise with company secretary for annual filing
- Preparation of payroll reconciliation.
- Draft Financial Statement
- Prepare for monthly general ledger journal and closing activities.
- Prepare monthly reports for related company balances and transactions.
- Any ad-hoc duty assigned from time to time.
- Possess LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess good knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage
- Candidate with GL, audit or full sets of accounts experience are welcome to apply.
