Resolve daily AP related issue with internal and external stakeholders.
Generate and process payment.
FA responsibility \xe2\x80\x93 verified CAR and running depreciation.
Inventory management, including stock take (Quarterly).
Petty Cash owner.
Month end GL journal posting, inclusive of prepayment, accrual, payroll journal, tax provision etc.
Month end Transfer Price Interco AP Invoices matching and reconciliation.
Month end HFM Loading and reporting.
Month end working capital forecast.
Balance Sheet reconciliations inclusive of Bank Recon.
Balance Sheet and PL Variance Analysis.
DPO management.
GST & WHT Filling.
Travel and Expense responsibility \xe2\x80\x93 act as Concur admin, approve and control T&E from finance perspective.
Customer set up and creation in Oracle.
Assist in Audit and Tax Filling.
All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
