Job details: 2 Years contract comes with the same bonus (only variable) structure as a perm staff (subjected to meeting KPI)

Finance Executive - 2 years contract with possibility to convert to permanent after 2 years.

JOB DIMENSIONS

\xef\x82\xb7 To assist in GST, tax and financial statement preparation

\xef\x82\xb7 To handle confidential matters in discreet and tactful manner in order to maintain integrity of the Company

ACTIVITIES

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure invoices and staff claims are processed accurately and on time in SAP

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in payment processing and liaising with vendor on payment related matters

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that proper approvals have been given prior to making timely and accurate payments

\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain IFRS 16 leases in SLAN tool and ensure posting is done correctly every month in SAP

\xef\x82\xb7 Monthly reconciliation between SLAN tool and SAP book balances.

\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules

\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation

\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare month journal for accruals

\xef\x82\xb7 Quarterly preparation of GST return and submission

\xef\x82\xb7 PLNGD - Submission of invoices into UNISOL

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for monthly recharge for intercompany billing

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in quarter end intercompany reconciliation and reporting

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in Statutory FS preparation and other government survey

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in monthly reporting Flash and Budgeting process

\xef\x82\xb7 Other adhoc reporting and project

CONTEXT / ENVIRONMENT

\xef\x82\xb7 This position requires a critical eye, solid analytical skills, advanced skills in Excel and excellent attention to detail

\xef\x82\xb7 Employee has to be dynamic to be able to handle a wide array of tasks

\xef\x82\xb7 Employee must be able to multi-tasks while identifying, prioritizing and handling the most important task on hand

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that figures provided and transactions are accurate and in accordance with the Company\'s policies & procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

\xef\x82\xb7 Possess a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent recognized professional qualification in Finance or related field

\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 2 years of treasury and account payable experience.

\xef\x82\xb7 Comfortable with working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is plus) and advanced excel skills for analysis purposes

\xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work and act with considerable degree of independence
