Our client is a Chinese International Chemical Trading MNC located at Raffles Place with global footprints. Due to business expansion, the Regional HQ in Singapore is seeking to hire a Finance Specialist for a newly created role.
Finance Executive (Trade Finance \xe2\x80\x93 Letter of Credit Settlement Business)
Responsibilities
- Review and communication of the company\'s raw material procurement letter of credit settlement business
- Daily fund related bookkeeping.
- Ensure interest on loans are prepared in accordance with the contract.
- Prepare loan compliance documents.
- Manage the cash flows and deposit.
- Handle business relating to bank accounts.
- Optimize and improve the internal fund control process
- Other business and support work.
- University degree in Finance or Accountancy or its equivalent
- Good command of English and Chinese for communication with its subsidiaries and HQ China
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed with main international settlement methods, in particular letters of credit, etc.
- Well-versed with ERP system (e.g., SAP) and various commonly used analysis tools.
- Early start advantageous
