Finance Executive (up To S$3800/month)

Job Description
- 5-day work week
- Company provides 2-way transport at various MRT stations
- Salary range: up to S$3800/month with good fringe benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Purchase Orders (PO)
- Perform MIRO (Invoice verification in SAP)
- Analyse PO with discrepancies
- Post invoices without purchase orders
- Monitor Fixed Asset payment including deposit paid but not yet capitalized
- Prepare payment & journal entries
- Work with Assistant AP Manager on any ad-hoc duties
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / currently pursuing ACCA
- 5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong in accounting entries, experienced in GST submission, proficient in MS Excel applications (formulas, pivot table and basic functions)
- Knowledge of SAP and Accpac is a plus
