Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage fixed assets, ensuring policy compliance and accurate accounting.
- Oversee accounting for Korea Branch, including SAP transactions and fund transfers.
- Handle accounting duties for Japan, managing office accounts and input.
- Provide financial accounting support, preparing statements and liaising with auditors.
- Manage risk, including insurance administration and reporting, and support metal hedging.
- Support costing processes, conducting monthly cost runs and ensuring accurate material costing.
- Handle general administration and reporting tasks, including motor vehicle management and policy compliance reviews.
- Control metal activities, maintaining daily hedging operations and preparing metal reports.
- Manage budgeting and long-term planning processes, overseeing budget creation and upload.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- ACCA / Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MNC/ manufacturing sectors.
- Experienced in oversee regional accounting transactions & transfer pricing.
- Experienced in managing financial reporting & cost control.
- Experience in SAP is a must.
