Under our Finance Department, you will be joining our Finance Data & Systems (FDS) Team.
Responsibilities
Daily operational actions in Finance system
Perform data quality checks and maintenance in Finance systems
Building of statistical reports (data analytics) and report preparation
Involve in transformation processes to maximise workplace efficiency, including writing of policies, SOP's and documentations
Involve any other ad-hoc duties, projects or automation initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Finance / Data Science / Business Analytics students from local or overseas universities preferred from local or overseas universities preferred
Proficiency in PowerBI / Power Automate / Power Apps / Alteryx would be an advantage
Familiarity with current technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, as well as experience in prompting, is advantageous
Are keen to develop themselves in the profession
Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
