Job Description


Responsible for the accounting functions and provide timely reporting to holding company. Organise and further develop the financial processes and internal controls. Responsible for overall Human Resource functions including payroll administration, recruitment, compensation and benefits review and manage learning and development programme.

Finance:

  • Monitor the financial performance and maintain full set accounts for the Company.
  • Responsible for managerial reporting, financial analysis and planning.
  • Ensure compliance of group\xe2\x80\x99s financial and operating policies, including liaising with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for statutory compliance.
  • Review & improve on internal controls and work processes.
  • Controlling, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow and inventory management.
  • Government grants administration, ensuring timely submission of claims and subsequent reimbursements from government authorities.

HR & Office Administration
  • Payroll administration
  • Manage Recruitment process and support Manpower planning with respective HOD]
  • Review compensation and benefits and general maintenance of staff well-being
  • Support respective HOD with learning and development programme
  • Support general IT and SAP
  • Other duties to be assigned by the Management.
