Description
- Provides operational support during the SAP implementation project
- Represent Business Unit at the SAP workshops.
- Confirm the design specification with functional stakeholders.
- Maintain issue logs and track escalations for closure.
- Assist in the master data preparation, data cleansing and data migration reviews
- Performs user acceptance testing and coordinate the approval sign off
- Coordinate user access and review SOD control reports.
- Document SAP processes and Finance work instructions
- Review training materials for month-end close
- Coordinate the SAP cut-over preparation and black out period activities
- Ensure project archival of all reference and sign-off documents.
- Facilitate records retention of the legacy ERP system
- Perform post implementation process walkthroughs and document key internal controls
- Ensures that accounting policies and procedures are kept up-to-date
- SAP Data migration, finance knowledge.
- Good Communications skills to facilitate project discussion
- Functional/technical proficiency in SAP applications related work
- Min 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance and SAP finance / manufacturing module
- Being able to bridge the gap between Finance and SAP Project professionals
- Has accurate understanding of local GAAP
- Proactive, solution-oriented and a can-do mentality
- Analytical mind with intellectual curiosity
- Has excellent knowledge of local GAAP
