About the role
Paris Baguette Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance & Business Analytics team. In this role, you will gain practical exposure to core finance operations while supporting digital transformation initiatives such as RPA, data analytics, and dashboard development. You will work closely with our Business Analytics Lead and Finance team to ensure accurate financial processes, improve workflow efficiency, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This internship provides a strong foundation in both traditional finance functions and modern analytical tools used in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Finance related projects focusing on implementation of digital solutions such as RPA, analytics and visualization dashboards.
• Post supplier invoices and raise payments when necessary
• Assist in the documentation of the finance processes
• File invoices and contracts in timely and organised manner
• Other ad-hoc work that may arise in Finance department

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Possess good foundation of accounting principles
• Possess a growth and learning mindset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit for a full-time internship for 6 months
