Based in Singapore Corporate Office, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Finance Intern.

The intern's primary role is to provide support to the Corporate Finance team in project management needs, reporting and analysis.

• Project implementation including preparation of end users for various system applications and processes including SAP EPM, Point of Sales System, and Property Management system
• Assist in the review and validation of information extracted from the various systems with the aim to identify gaps and opportunities to enhance the current system setup and standardise business processes
• Development, generation and analysis of reports from the SAP FI and SAP Enterprise Planning Management system
• Collection and compilation of information received from hospitality property teams.
• Assist with identification of trends and variances from data for decision making
• Review of existing workflow processes to enhance workflow automation
• Provide administrative support to the finance team where required
• Support Ad hoc reporting when requested.

The Person:

• Advance user of MS office, primarily Excel (Pivot Table) and Powerpoint
• Analytical mind set and good with numbers
• Takes initiative to follow-up on tasks
• Self-motivated, curious to explore and eager to learn
• Positive temperament
