Allianz Trade is a leader in the trade credit insurance market and embraces innovative technologies. We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Employee expense claims and vendor payment

• Finance review and validation for employee expense claims and vendor payment
• Assist in following up outstanding invoices
• Monthly travel audit to meet internal compliance requirement
• Support in new development and testing for Travel and Expense tools

Finance month-end closing

• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in monthly reporting and balance sheet reconciliation
• Support and document finance process
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Policy Management and Operations

• Assist in following up outstanding AR/AP items
• Support in implementation of fronter KPI monitoring dashboard

Qualifications and requirements

• Pursing a diploma or degree in Finance/ Accounting
• Able to commit 6 months or longer
• Basic understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good writing and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP an advantage
