POSITION OVERVIEW
RegASK is seeking a Finance Intern to support our Series B fundraising process, with a focus on managing investor documentation, CRM updates, and meeting pipelines.
In this role, you will gain first-hand exposure to the fundraising journey of a high-growth start-up, while supporting the Finance and Leadership teams with critical administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks related to the Series B fundraising process.
• Track and follow up on Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and investor-related documents.
• Support in preparing simple financial trackers, reports, and updates for internal teams.
• Help organize investor files and maintain documentation systems.
• Update and maintain investor information in the company's CRM (Salesforce) to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Help manage the investor meeting pipeline: scheduling, tracking status, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance team and leadership during the fundraising process.
Qualification & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data management tools.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
