Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our Controllership team. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance accounting, all within a dynamic and fast-paced regional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly close activities, which include performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports, helping to provide clear and accurate financial information. Conduct variance analysis and assist in resolving accounting discrepancies, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of financial records. Help with the documentation and implementation of internal controls and financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Participate in adhoc projects, such as process improvements and automation initiatives, to support the continuous enhancement of finance operations.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CoPilot; familiarity with ERP systems is considered a plus. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
