About Our Client
Our client is a front runner in the realm of high-precision insulating solutions. Specializing in polyamide-based profiles, they are a market leader in providing insulating profiles and thermal insulation components for energy-efficient insulating glass.
We are looking for exceptional individuals for our Management Associate position, offering a dynamic and challenging role that allows you to work collaboratively across departments and gain a holistic understanding of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Being involved in daily business operations and monthly management reporting
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Driving business performance related projects such as cost optimisation, compliance, and audit
- Assisting in financial projects such as transfer pricing
- Identifying risk areas in local entities and subsidiaries and suggesting mitigation strategies
- Other ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in accountancy and have 2 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting. We are looking for candidates who are driven, tenacious and resourceful. You should also be a good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor are crucial attributes. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required as you will be working directly with mandarin speaking stakeholders from China. Additionally, you should be open to travel and willing to join an organization that fosters skill development and continuous learning.
