Salary: up to $7000
Duration: 18 months direct contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Woodlands/Yishun
:
- To assess the reasonableness of budget top-up for purchases
- To review and endorse award papers for purchases
- To liaise with users on the purchases and ensure proper governance for purchases
- To assist in assigning and tracking of approved budget for furniture, fittings and equipment
- To assist in fixed asset management such as in assigning and tracking of approved budget for furniture, fittings and equipment
- To evaluate financial assessment of shortlisted vendors and assist with GST registration and related matters
- To assist in updating and maintaining finance policies, workflows and working instructions
- To participate in system enhancements / implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements, including performing UAT
