• Position Title: Finance Manager
• Working Location: Gul Circle (Near the MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri, 9 am - 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances + VB + Medical Insurance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee day-to-day finance operations and accounting of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Finance Department
• Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting and financial process
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing
• Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Lead external audits and prepare Financial Statements
• Management of cash flow, Fixed Asset Register, credit control and receivables management
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns
• Monitor and ensure proper internal controls are in place
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

• Displays good understanding and knowledge of local human resources practices, local employment laws and regulations
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Experience in handling payroll process
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
