Job Description
- Work Location: Nearby Canberra MRT / Have company transport
- Up to $8000 depends on experience.
- Working Days: 5 Days // 8am/8.30am - 5.30pm/6pm
Reporting directly to the Senior Financial Controller, you will lead the accounting team and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in consolidation of group accounts and preparation of annual statutory audit reports
- Experience with SAP GL, AR, AP, FA and CO applications
- Responsible for financial reporting and analysis
- Plan and oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages
- Monitor and analyze the accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Oversee the month-end, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting to local management and Munich Global Accounting
- Lead & supervise a team of Accounting Staff in day-to-day operations
- Lead and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits
- Lead and liaise with Group Auditors for internal audits
- Responsible for Corporate Tax (including Branches), MES and GST audit, reporting and filing
- Ensure compliances to both local and global accounting guidelines
- Undertake and lead financial projects
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
