$7200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Invoice Preparation: Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring adherence to internal policies and client requirements.
• Quarterly Management Reports: Prepare detailed financial reports for management, analysing key financial metrics and providing insights to aid in decision-making.
• Quarterly MAS Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to the MAS, adhering to MAS guidelines and requirements.
• Annual Audit Management: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and resolving any audit queries.
• Ad-hoc Accounting Queries: Respond to and resolve accounting-related queries from internal teams, clients, or regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
• Data Maintenance in Xero: Manage financial data within the Xero accounting system, maintaining data integrity and keeping records organized.
• Annual Tax Preparation and Filing: Coordinate and oversee the preparation and submission of annual tax returns, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, with a specific focus on Xero is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
