We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our group\'s expansion in new territories and ensure our processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a 6 month contract position (maternity cover).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and leading a group of internal and external outsourced accountants to deliver the monthly subsidiary accounts for consolidation
• Ensure that subsidiaries comply with Group accounting policies and implement financial controls and processes
• Work with Treasury team to ensure a smooth flow of funds to/from subsidiaries
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including external auditors as required to ensure compliance
• Ensure that Group\'s accounts are completed accurately and timely monthly
• Help identify areas for process optimisation and improvement and work on ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ISCA, CPA)
• More than 6 years of working experience in the related field. An audit background would be a bonus
• Experienced in communication/coordination with internal and external stakeholders including other functions, management and auditors.
• Hands-on and independent with good interpersonal skills, able to lead a team and supervise team members
• Well-versed in MS Office and ERP systems such as Netsuite/SAP/Oracle etc.
