We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager/Accountant to join our client\'s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the company\'s financial operations within Singapore & Hong Kong entity, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Oversee consolidated group reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS and other relevant standards.
• Taxation: Manage all taxation matters, including planning, compliance, and liaising with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Audit: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place.
• Investment Industry Focus: Handle financial operations specific to the investment industry, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and financial data.
• Leadership: Act as the key person within the Accounting department, driving performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and developing strong cross-functional relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Support senior management in strategic decision-making through accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
