The RoleReporting AVP Finance, you will be responsible for the following:

• Review of Group of Entities: Perform detailed reviews of financial statements and records of various entities within the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Review of Quarterly GST and Tax Computations: Review and validate the quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) and tax computations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Liaise with tax advisors and authorities as necessary.
• Group Consolidation and Reporting: Lead the group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results. Prepare consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and other financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• SGX Announcements and Compliance Checklist: Prepare and review SGX announcements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain a compliance checklist to monitor adherence to financial reporting guidelines and deadlines.
• Preparation of Board and Investor Presentation Slides: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare board and investor presentation slides. Summarize financial performance, highlight key achievements, and provide insights on business strategies and financial forecasts.
• Supporting Group Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of the group\'s annual budget and periodic forecasts. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive financial performance.

Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting as well as group consolidation within a SGX listed environment
• Experience with SGX reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential
• Prior external audit experience within a Big Four firm will be highly preferred
