Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company\'s annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Review and manage operational costs and margins to optimize profitability.
• Implement cost control measures to improve efficiency in financial operations.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Lead the consolidation process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master\'s degree or professional qualifications like CPA/CFA is preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position in the automotive or trading industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and automotive/trading industry dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
