Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced
Finance Manager
to manage all financial, accounting, and investment functions for a private family office. The role involves handling expenditure control, compliance, and reporting to ensure financial integrity and performance oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Household Accounting & Finance Operations
Manage full accounting processes and household budgeting. Record expenses, process payments, and track fund balances.
Expenditure Analysis & Compliance Monitoring
Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare reports to ensure spending aligns with budgets.
Art & Asset Acquisition Support
Conduct due diligence and valuation research for potential art or investment acquisitions. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Procurement & Logistics Oversight
Review sourcing, vendor management, and payment approvals.
Investment Reporting
Track and verify investment recommendations and performance.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business from a reputable university. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in private banking or family office). Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Strong integrity and attention to detail.
Work visa and relocation will be arranged by the employer.
Must be able to speak and understand Chinese (Mandarin).
Candidates who are not fluent will not be shortlisted.
