Finance Manager ( BP)

Location: Singapore.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Act as Finance Business Partner to support General Manager in decision making and take part in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning;
Track financial performance and prepare monthly rolling forecast;
Prepare management report with financial analysis and variance analysis;
Provide analytical review and identify underlying financial performance trends with business dynamics;
Provide recommendation and improvement on Company's profitability;
Liaise and coordinate with different parties to support month-end closing;
Partner with various Business Units and Supporting Divisions to perform financial review for business initiatives, and be able to challenge and help validate the data and their assumptions;
Support the team in any ad hoc project analysis.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, and with relevant qualifications (e.g. CPA) would be preferred.
5+ years of FP&A working experiences, preferable with MNC experience and Regional exposure
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good command in English and Mandarin.
