Finance Manager/ Controller (base In Middle East, Oil&gas)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the financial management of the joint venture, including strategic finance, financial analysis, financial accounting, daily financial management, and tax planning;
- Establish a sound financial management system and exercise overall control over the daily management of the finance department, annual budget, and fund operations;
- Coordinate the relationship between the joint venture and banks, tax authorities, and other government departments, as well as with external partner companies;
- Properly coordinate and manage relationships between the joint venture and its shareholders and related parties to maximize shareholder interests.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field;
- CPA or ACCA certification is preferred;
- Experience in management within multinational corporations (MNCs) or joint ventures is preferred;
- More than five years of experience working in one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred;
- Willingness to be stationed in the Middle East is preferred.
