JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Finance Manager, Controllership to join their team!

The incumbent will provide operational support in all matters relating to Sales Order (SO) Processing and Invoicing to the faculties and/ departments in the University.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Liaise with Master Data Team on Customer creation.
• Ensure SO is duly approved through the proper set up of approval matrix in the system. Performs annual review of approval matrix/structure and propose amendment if necessary.
• Ensure Credit Note and/ Debit Note are issued in compliance with the Order to Cash Policy and Procedures.
• Review any request to deviate from the credit period of 30 days and provide guidance to the requesting department.
• Handles system interfaces failures from satellite systems including trouble shooting and resolving issues.
• Drive process improvement projects/initiatives.
• Management of different stakeholders from the departments\' finance and/or operational units.
• Ensure SLA is met for SO Processing and Invoicing
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years working experience. Experience in financial system implementation and/ upgrade is a plus.
• Excellent attention to details
• Experience in SAP (Preferably)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Team player
