Reports To: C-Level ExecutiveJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join the team at a leading Data Centre Developer/Operator. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in managing the company\'s financial operations, including treasury management, investor reporting, and financial modelling. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:

• Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure optimal liquidity for operations and investments.
• Investor Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to investors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all communications.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage audits as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
