• Position : Accountant/ Finance Manager (full set for 4 companies) - MUST BE from Financial industry
• Location : Central - Collyer Quay
• Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8000 + 2 months bonus + 14 days and above Annual leave + Salary increment after 6 month probation according to performance + Insurance with dental coverage
• Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage Overall Accounting for the Investment Managers as well as other Group companies (Local & Overseas)
• Managing and processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable for assigned entities and vendors on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Liaise with to ensure the payroll information (joiners, leavers, deductions, pay adjustments, etc) are updated. Arrange approval & prepare payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and CPF on monthly basis.
• Monitor and manage cash flow forecasts for all bank accounts and handle all communication with banks.
• Review month end reports to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with local accounting standards with an external accountant.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial budget and forecast exercise.
• Ensure timely submission of GST return and compliance with corporate tax, GST and withholding tax.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies through analyzing and collecting information.
• Main liaison for assigned entities for auditing, liaising with auditors, assisting in financial year-end audit and attending to any audit queries from external audits and IRAS.
• Assist Compliance Officer in preparation of reports to be submitted to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other statutory and regulatory reporting
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Handled a full set of accounts for assigned entities (4-5 companies) independently.
• Experience in Treasury Bonds, Dividends, Trust and Fund accounts.
• Experienced in MAS reporting, GST reporting, Corporate Tax return, statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, Zoom.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
