As Finance Manager, you'll lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance for a fast-growing co-living business.


You'll oversee lease accounting under IFRS 16, drive budgeting and cash management, and partner with leadership on growth initiatives and funding strategies.


This is a permanent full-time role based in the Bugis area.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Prepare management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts Perform profitability analysis by site, unit, and product type Oversee lease accounting (ROU assets, liabilities, renewals, escalations) Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning Manage cash flow, working capital, and rent collections Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements Coordinate audits, tax filings, and strengthen internal controls Partner with operations, sales, and real estate teams on new sites, pricing models, and closures Support funding discussions and board/investor reporting through financial modelling & data preparation

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred 5-8 years' finance/accounting experience At least 2 years leading a team Experience in a listed company and exposure to real estate, hospitality, or co-living/co-working sectors Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

Exposure to capital raising (equity, debt, or structured financing) Proven track record in scaling finance operations for growth-stage companies * Experience in business partnering with operations and real estate team
