Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and provide direction to the finance and accounting
- Develop Financial Statements and Monthly Reports.
- Very familiar with financial strategy, risk minimization plans,
- Responsible for financial accounting compliance reporting according
- Prepare and submit monthly financial report, profit forecasts, cash
- Review and implement internal controls and changes to the
- Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demand
- Co-ordination of annual statutory audit and timely submission of tax
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related qualifications preferably
- Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting related experiences and
- Good understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues and
