We are seeking a Finance Manager with experience in digital products and online platforms, knowledge of different payment systems and transaction models, and experience with revenue forecasting and analysis. You will work closely with the CEO, leveraging your expertise in financial accounting, modelling, business partnering, FP&A, and taxation, to provide highly impactful support and guidance which helps us achieve our financial goals. You will collaborate closely with our team to develop business dashboards and proactively manage financial performance and key business drivers that allow us to scale our operations. Overseeing all financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting
Managing the company\'s financial systems and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
Developing financial models and conducting analysis to support decision-making and improve financial performance
Collaborating with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans and growth initiatives
Partnering with the business to develop and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to track progress towards financial and operational goals
Leading the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts, including revenue projections, expense budgets, and capital expenditures
Managing relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions
Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance programs
Providing financial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams across the organization
Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth within the company
Performing the accurate annual audit process, proactively minimizing audit adjustments and issues
Managing the insurance portfolio
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in the digital products and online platforms industry
Strong technical skills in financial accounting, modelling, business partnering, FP&A, and taxation
Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and Excel (experience with Xero accounting software an advantage)
Familiarity with different online payment systems and transaction models
Experience with revenue forecasting, analysis, and financial modelling
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and growth initiatives
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proactive in identifying financial risks and opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders across the organization
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to digital products and online platforms
Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions
Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to challenges
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
