Purpose of the jobBeing a Finance Manager at Airport Dimensions is an excellent opportunity that will give you exposure to various aspects of the finance and the wider business. This role sits within the EMEA & APAC team, based in Hong Kong/Singapore Office. The successful candidate will have to be organised, self-motivated with a desire to constantly improve.You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the integrity of the management and financial data provided by business partners as well as closely tracking the variances against budget/forecast. On top of the reporting aspects, you will also be playing a key role as liaison between various external and internal stakeholders.You will be supporting projects including controls and processes improvement, and oversight of new systems implementation in the APAC region.About this roleCoding & Development
Prepare and review periodical financial reports including Actual v. Budget variances analysis, trend analysis, data validation, etc.
Ensure all transaction with business partners are in compliance with the agreed controls and SOPs.
Anticipating financial concerns and/or escalating issues and dealing with effectively.
Invoices review and payments approval.
Assisting in monthly closing process including review or preparation of month end journals, intercompany reconciliations, and monthly management accounts.
Assisting with year-end reporting.
Ad-hoc financial analysis, financial modelling, reporting and project assignments as required.
You might fit for the role if you haveRequirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent).
Qualified member of HKICPA or oversea equivalent.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in both private and public practice, experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage.
Proven experience in working with multi-national ledgers with multi-currencies.

Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills including sumifs, lookup and pivot table. VBA and Power Query desirable.
