The CompanyOur client is a leading global Private Equity firm with billions in AUM and a demonstrated track record in Asia investments.The RoleYou will be responsible for assisting in fund raise relating activities, setting up fund subscription line facility and deal execution. This will involve working closely with Customer Relations team, fund legal counsel, lender consortium, Structuring Director and the broader Fund Operations team. Responsibilities include reviewing fund financial statements and capital account statements, review special purpose vehicles financials under accounting standards of different jurisdictions, support the company in optimizing our financial transactions, review capital calls and distributions to investors, and assist in the PE fundraising process.Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you should have the relevant academic qualifications with at least 5-7 years of relevant finance experience in private equity industry. Candidates from fund administration firms are welcome. You should have critical thinking skills with excellent stakeholder management skills and be an effective communicator.Apply Today
