- Working days: Office Hours + 5 Days
- Management report (profit & loss, balance sheet)
- Reconciliation bank statements, debtors, creditors, accrual expenses, prepayment
- Warranty sales, warranty cost, sales analysis, inventory and fixed assets
- GST (Quarterly), converse from CHF to SGD
- Check the difference between suppliers (sales) and revenue
- Major exemption supplier (MES) and total purchase
- Government claims / application matters
- Company insurance renewal / car insurance renewal
- Daily online payment, payroll, staff claims, suppliers and oversea payment
- Subsidiary accounts (China / Taiwan and others) - oversee their accounts
- Liaise with auditor, year end stock take, audited financial reports
- Inter companies transactions, expected credit loss
- Company secretary - directors resolution
- Banking - cash out and exchange money for NA
- Travel to China and Taiwan for auditing purposes.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks
