Role Description: The Finance Manager will be based in Singapore and report to the Group Financial Controller. He/ she needs to lead and guide senior accounting executive, analyse financial activities and assists the GFC in the implementation of internal controls and other ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
• Analyse costs, variable contributions, sales results and the company\xe2\x80\x99s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Lead and manage the Finance systems and processes to provide consistent strong and stable finance support to the Company
• Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
• Review financial statements with management.
• Participate in internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
• Establish system controls for financial systems and develop procedures to improve existing systems.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, secretary and statutory authorities.

• Possess minimum qualification of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications with at least 5 years of experience.
• Ability to take initiative, guide and influence others towards goal accomplishment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• Proficient user of finance software.
