Finance Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a digitally savvy

Finance Manager

to support and oversee core finance operations. The ideal candidate brings solid financial expertise, is familiar with digital tools like Power BI, and has a working understanding of how technology--including AI--can enhance financial reporting and decision-making. This role focuses on budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Coordinate the annual budgeting process and assist in revenue and cost forecasting, using modern Excel models and AI-supported tools where applicable.

Statutory Compliance & Audit Support:

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.

Data Consolidation & Financial Oversight:

Assist in consolidating financial data across business units, including overseas entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group policies.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation, digitisation, and workflow optimisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights that support operational and strategic goals.
Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a full set of accounts. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamic Navision accounting software and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
