Requirements / Responsibilities: * Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent. * At least 6 yea OUR CLIENT A LEADING ENTERRPISE WITH REGIONAL PRESENCE SEEKING FOR FINANCE MANAGER TO JOIN THEM. Requirements / Responsibilities: Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent. At least 6 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of supervisory skills. The ability to oversee the whole finance team with full spectrum of financial accounting Good knowledge with SFRS, CPF, GST and relevant tax rules, procedures, and guidelines. Experience in dealing with accounts for China and Malaysia advantageous. Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing for all companies Ensure subsidiaries' monthly P/L, balance sheet and schedules of all companies are complete, accurate and in compliance with reporting standards Review financial consolidation activities Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast process Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, banks & corporate secretary on related matters, mainly for Singapore & Malaysia. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Abilities to work well with stakeholders and management.
