Finance Manager (west, M&a, Oracle Fusion, Contract)

Job Description
- Manage full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Asset, Inventory).
- Prepare monthly management reports and analysis, yearly statutory reporting, annual budget and cashflow forecast
- Create financial models, perform financial due diligence and evaluate potential M&A or investment projects which includes overseeing the deal process, negotiating commercial terms and supporting any other business development.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with postgraduate/ professional qualifications in Accounting
- At least 8 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts as a Finance Manager in MNC.
- Good understanding in financial modelling, planning and analysis and corporate finance, end-to-end M&A activities.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS accounting/reporting and Oracle Fusion System
- Willing to take a contract role with a possibility of conversion to permanent.
